question:Why don’t files normally come with a tool handle but most other woodworking tools do?

answer:Files are sometimes produced and sold without handles. This is because handles can often outlast files. Once a file is blunt, it's cheaper to replace it than it is to sharpen it or re-cut the teeth. ... These files are referred to as solid handle files and will not fit inside other handles. In any case, each file should be fitted with a handle because it is very easy to injure the hand on the sharp file tang. Teeth of a suitable kind are cut on the blade which is then hardened and tempered. ... The sharp pointed tang should be fitted with a handle to prevent workers from seriously injuring their hands. question:Can I prepare for NID in 45 months? What things should I do to get into NID?

answer:Hi. I would say there’s plenty of time left for you to prepare for NID entrance. All you need to understand is that NID entrance does not entirely focus on design. It analyses your skills as a whole. You need to be prepared with some technical and general questions as well. The most important thing you must understand is that at NID, you’re practically judged on the basis of your confidence and communication. Design comes afterwards. Here are a few books you should refer to for NID: Emotional Design, Don't Make Me Think, Revisited: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability (3rd Edition), Universal Principles of Design, Revised and Updated: 125 Ways to Enhance Usability, Influence Perception, Increase Appeal, Make Better Design Decisions, and Teach through Design, etc. Also refer to this blog to know about the [LINKED_TEXT: placements after NID] [URL: http://egurumantra.com/top-placements-nid/].

question:Should farmers be prohibited from owning guns?

answer:No. A big fat simple no. Why would a farmer be someone that you believe shouldn’t own firearms in the first place? I’d like to know that. Anyway, I’d say often they need firearms more than other people. Especially for rodent and pest control of different animals that eat and destroy crops. Even more so if they also own other animals and live in an area with predators like mountain lions, bears, coyotes, and wolves to protect their livestock. In the past totalitarian regimes and governments would disarm farmers and country dwelling people because they believed they would be the first and most likely to revolt against them. I believe farmers would be the ones who would need guns the most for practical reasons other than protection and target shooting. Although I believe anyone or any type of person should be allowed to own guns as long as they’re not convicted of violent crimes.
